Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We want you to have a good experience and a product you enjoy. We allow exchanges for faulty orders within 30 days of delivery. We do not allow returns for a refund. To initiate an exchange, email Merch@GoodrichAviation.com. Describe the nature of your complaint and please include your order number or other proof of purchase. We will make a corrected item according to the order instructions and mail it to you.

PLEASE DO NOT MAIL BACK FAULTY ITEMS.

Items that qualify for exchange:

  • Damaged items (please specify damage type)
  • Custom items that are not as ordered (please be prepared to show the corresponding order details)

Items that do not qualify for exchange:

  • Custom orders that contain typos or accidental selections by the buyer
